Each member will be set on a once a month auto draft for the day of their choosing. Either the 1st or the 15th.
YES! You can cancel your membership at any time with no questions asked. The only thing that is needed for the client to cancel their membership is an email stating that they wish their membership to either be cancelled or put on pause.
FitLife Massage & Spa requires 30 days notice of cancellation. If another billing cycle falls into this 30 days, you will be charged for that cycle. Your membership will then be deactivated and you will have 30 days to use the remainder of your credits.
Your accrued membership credits will be valid for 30 days beginning the day your membership is cancelled. After 30 days any un-used credits will no longer be active
NO. All membership credits must be used by the person who the membership is for.
NO. The use of credits for other services i.e. using a massage credit for the Infrared Sauna is not allowed.
Also, using 2 credits to pay for a 90 minute session is NOT allowed.
YES. If a member does not follow the cancellation/reschedule policy their account will be charged for the session. If they are using a credit to pay for the session, that credit will be redeemed as payment. If no credit is available, the members discounted rate will be charged.
YES. You may pause your membership payment for up to 60 days total per calendar year.
If you cancel your membership at any time during or immediately following the paused payment period, FitLife Massage & Spa will draft your account for the payments missed during the paused period, and your membership will affectively be cancelled at this time. You will have 30 days to use any remaining credits (Subject to schedule availability).
FitLife Massage & Spa requires a minimum 30 days notice of pausing a membership. If a billing cycle falls into this 30 days, the membership will be charged and the Pause will take place for future membership charges.
While a membership is Paused, no credits are earned or available for use.
If you wish to use your remaining credits during a pause period, you will be subject to a $10 monthly account maintenance fee.
